How it works?
In our Integration settings, you can set up an integration to For-sight to enable the sending of information to For-Sight every time a new Order is created.
Trybe will send information over to For-sight every time the below happens:
an Order is submitted in the App (by a Trybe user) or Booking Engine (online customer booking)
an Order is cancelled in the App (by a Trybe user) or Booking Engine (online customer booking)
an Order is checked out in the App (by a Trybe user)
an Order is marked as a no show in the App (by a Trybe user)
Depending what information is stored on the Order, Trybe will send the below information to For-sight:
Customer ID
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Received Date
Start Date
End Date
Cancellation Date
Order Reference
Order Status
Number of Guests
Total Cost
Sales Channel
