How to set a maximum group size for online bookings?

Do you want to limit how many guests can be part of one group online order?

Well, you can do just that by heading to Settings > Marketing & comms > Shop settings!

Once you're on Shop setting, scroll down to the 'Features' section. Here you will see an option called 'Enable maximum guests for online booking'. If you toggle this on, a box will appear where you can enter in the number of guests you want i.e. 4. This will mean that no more than 4 guests will be accepted in a single online booking.

Remember to 'Save' to save any changes!

In this scenario, when a customer is booking online they will not be able to select more than 4 guests. If you try to exceed this, the prohibited symbol will appear: '🚫'. Please see gif.
