How to purchase a membership on the shop front?

To purchase a membership on the shop front the customer must have an account.

When your customers click on the Membership tab they will always be prompted to either Log in or sign up.

They can also log in or sign up by clicking on the My Account icon in the top right hand corner of your shop. When signing up the customer will have to enter in their name, email address, phone number and create a password.

Once they have signed up they will receive a verification email where they will have to press 'Verify email'. The account will then be active.

When they go back onto the shop and log in, now they will be able to purchase a membership by selecting the 'Memberships' tab.

This will list all of the 'Public' memberships you have set up in Settings > Membership types. You will see the name, description, and the different rates.
The customer can then select the membership type and rate they want to purchase. If they select a monthly rate there will be a 'Pro-rata' fee and if there are any joining fees this will also appear here. They must agree to the terms and conditions to purchase the membership. They can then 'Pay £__'.

The next page is where they can set up their direct debit payments. They will select 'Set up direct debit'. They will then be able to fill in their payment details and agree to the terms in order to progress. They will then be asked to 'Confirm' their details.

Now when you go back onto Trybe > go to Clients > search for the client > they will now have an active membership and any recurring credits for this memberships will have been added to their profile.
