Calendar Hourly Occupancy Feature
Trybe's New "Occupancy" feature provides users with a visual representation of customer occupancy in your spa throughout the day.
It allows users to see the number of customers in the spa by the hour on the left-hand column of the calendar view. Additionally, users can access 'daily totals' of spa occupancy and customize the view based on filtering parameters to show the 'current view'.
On the left-hand side of the calendar view, you will see a column that displays the number of customers in the spa by the hour. This column provides a quick overview of hourly spa occupancy throughout the day. The "Occupancy" feature provides real-time updates, ensuring that the spa always has the most accurate information about customer occupancy.
The calendar will adapt the live hourly occupancy when things like, no-shows cancelations or adding new customers to a session, adding or subtracting to the live customer count respectively.
Use the occupancy data to optimize staffing levels, ensuring that you have enough staff members to accommodate the number of customers in the spa. With this feature, you can enhance the customer experience by ensuring that the spa doesn't become overcrowded.
