Notifications bell

If you have an integration set up between Trybe and your PMS system, the Notifications Bell will alert you to any changes made that you should be aware of and may need to action on.

This will allow you to track your partial refunds that have not been posted (Guestline and Opera) and track any orders that have been made in Guestline (If configured for Guestline V2 and only if the rate plan is mapped to an appointment type in Trybe).

The Notifications tab is visible on the left hand side with a flashing bell to let you know when you have any new notifications.

When you select the Notifications bell a pop up will appear that will show you a collection of your recent notifications. You can then click on these notifications or select 'View all notifications'. This will then bring you to the notification centre where you can see all the notifications and filter using the various filters on the side.

All notifications:

  • All unread - tick this to see all unread messages only

  • All read - tick this to view all read messages only

Filters:

Read-

  • All - this will show all messages, including read and unread

  • Unread - this will show unread messages only

  • Read - this will show read messages only

Type-

  • Guestline order created - this will show orders that have been created in Guestline using a rate plan that is mapped to an appointment type in Trybe (see video on Guestline V2)

  • Guest added to Guestline order - when a guest is added to a Guestline order that is using a rate plan mapped to an appointment type in Trybe it will show up here

  • Guest removed from Guestline order - when a guest is removed from a Guestline order that is using a rate plan mapped to an appointment type in Trybe it will appear in this section

  • Guestline order cancelled - this will show orders that have been cancelled in Guestline with the rate pan that is mapped to an appointment type in Trybe

  • Partial refund not posted - This will notify you if a partial refund has not been posted to your PMS (Guestline or Opera). As the Revenue and Payments have already been pushed to Guestline/ Opera we are unable to make any changes to the Revenue that has already been pushed. Should you need to reflect the refund in your PMS system you will need to update the Revenue manually.
