How to restart postings in Trybe
The best way to restart your postings to Opera within Trybe will only require a couple steps. Firstly, you will need to confirm that the server running the docker desktop relay is up and running.
From there, you can either create an order or find an existing order with an outstanding amount in your system.
Once you have the above, you can go to the ‘Charge to Room’ button as if you were taking a payment, then do a room search for 9500 which will send a message to the relay. The 9500 room typically relates to a ‘Lost Interface’ or a type of fall back room if a posting does not have a mapping.
You can then double check the relay status within the Opera integration page. If the relay has still not updated, please do contact Trybe Support where they will be able to investigate further with one of our engineers.
