Pay by Link Dashboard

If you want to keep track of the Pay by links you have sent out to your customers then you can head to the 'Orders' tab and select on the 'Pay by link' subheading to take you to the Pay by link dashboard.

Here you will be able to quickly see which pay by links have been paid and which ones you will need to follow up on.

The report will list:

• Guest

• Status - the pay by link status will either be 'Paid' or 'Pending' (unpaid)

• Order ref - click on the ref to go directly to the order

• Order date - date of the booking

• Paid at - date and time the pay by link was paid (this will be blank if the pay by link hasn't been paid yet)

• Created - date and time the pay by link was created and sent out to the lead booker

You can use the quick filters at the top to view a list of: 'Recently created', 'Recently paid' or 'Unpaid'.

You can use additional filters too if you want to really narrow down your search. To add any further filters select the 'add filter' button and you can then toggle the filters on/off.

• Created at - Displays payments that were created between the given dates.

• Paid at - Displays payments that were paid between the given dates.

• Visit date - Displays payments by the date of the order.

• Status - Filter payments by their status. Either 'Paid' or 'Unpaid' (pending).

• Created by - Displays payments requested by the selected User(s).
