Why am I not able to book an offering when there is availability in the calendar?

Struggling to book an appointment/ package/ session/ area booking? 

When trying to book you see the warning: 'Oh no! We couldn't find any slots. Try changing the date.' But you've checked the calendar and there are free slots for that date you want to book? 

Well, this could mean that there is something in the availability settings that are preventing you from making this booking!

For all offerings first make sure your Opening hours and Unavailable dates are not affecting the availability of the booking.

To do this head to Settings > Opening hours > Exceptions > make sure there isn't an exception made for the date you are trying to book.  

For any unavailable dates head to Settings > Unavailable dates > select the specific offering and check that date isn't set as unavailable. 

If you have checked both opening hours and unavailable dates and these settings aren't preventing the offering from being booked, select the next step! Here you will be given checklists for appointment/ session/ area booking/ packages to show you what you should be checking for each type of offering.
